How To Take It
Each spray contains 6.7mg CBN*. There are 75 sprays per bottle.
Shake and spray under tongue, and then swallow. Do not exceed 5 sprays per occasion or 70mg total cannabinoids per day, unless directed by your healthcare provider. Store away from heat and light. Use within 6 months of opening or before the expiry date found on your bottle.

I use this CBN oil to help me sleep and it really works for me. I take 2-3 sprays about half an hour before bed along with some of the CBD oil booster. The combination really relaxes me and helps quiet my thoughts so I can sleep. I like these two products because they work without having any THC or getting me high.
