Where is my package?

Here's how the delivery timeline works:

1. After you place your order, it is automatically sent to our warehouse for packing.
2. Within one business day (weekday, excluding holidays) the order will be picked by the courier. 
3. They pickup from us in bulk pallets and first scan them (typically within 24 hours) at their warehouse. That's when they estimate the delivery date, and thats when we send you an email with the tracking information (1-2 business days from when you place your order).

You have several options to find your tracking information:

Option 1: Visit your Dashboard 

1) Visit your Dashboard: Click Here.
If you checked out as a Guest, you'll need to create an account first with the same email you ordered with.

2) Click the order number.

3) Scroll down to SHIPPING DETAILS and click the TRACKING LINK.

Option 2: Check the tracking email we sent you 1-2 business days after your order was placed.

It will come from "info@rarecannabinoidco.com" with the subject "ON THE WAY! Order #".

Often this email may go into your Spam or Promotions folder - so look for it there also. If you are finding it there please mark it as "Not Spam" or add to your contacts. This typically trains your email software not to filter out our emails.
