Credit Card Processing Error?

Some customers have recently reported having difficulty with their cards.

This error message is related to the zip code not being entered properly. Depending your bank - the card processor may require that your billing zip code is entered again - in the field next to the credit card number as verification of the billing address zip code entered earlier. We've spoken to the card processor Square many times and they recognize that it's redundant, but they haven't fixed this software issue yet.
Because this zip code box only pops up AFTER you type in the card number, it's very easy to miss, especially if you auto-fill the card information!
Here's where to enter your zip code again:

In other cases, it's caused by a different shipping vs. billing address and, after entering the shipping address, perhaps you've ticked the box on our website that says the addresses are the same, and so the shipping zip code is submitted and then the bank rejects it since it's not the billing zip code they have on file.
In very rare cases, it's simply a hiccup in the bank processor's system, and so just re-submitting the order works.

Solution:
Please resubmit your order, and double check that the billing zipcode is accurate and keep an eye out for the zip code box next to where you enter the credit card.
