How to Take It
Each spray contains 6.7mg CBC*. There are 75 sprays per bottle.
Shake and spray under tongue, and then swallow. Do not exceed 5 sprays per occasion or 70mg total cannabinoids per day, unless directed by your healthcare provider. Store away from heat and light. Use within 6 months of opening or before the expiry date found on your bottle.

I like this tincture a lot. I feel calmer and more content when I take it. I like the way you can take different oils for different effects. So, I take THCV to help me get in shape and this CBC oil to help my moodiness. I also have the extra strength CBD to boost all the effects. They seem to be working!
