Dosing
Apply Hawaiian Choice CBD Topical Gel directly to the skin in areas experiencing stiffness, discomfort, or swelling. The weightless cooling CBD gel will easily be absorbed for relief.
For added cooling, store your CBD gel in the refrigerator and take it out right before applying it.
This product can also be used for CBD oil massages. It works well as it helps fingers glide over skin without being oily, greasy, or sticky.
The gentle scent of premium Hawaiian eucalyptus and lemongrass is neither masculine nor feminine and provides a fresh, clean scent.

This product does have a positive effect on my hip and joint pain. It smells much better than over the counter stuff and was worth the try. I wish it would was stronger or that could be an option as other rubs from other companies do offer that. For best results it needs to be applied more often and it is an expensive product.
