What are mood gummies?
Before we get into mood weed, which we do not sell, we will first explain what our mood gummies contain, why they are legal, and how we ship them to all U.S. locations.
Our THC Mood Gummies contain Delta-9-THC derived from legal hemp plants grown in the United States. Each gummy contains 5mg THC, 5mg CBC cannabinoid (cannabichromene), and 25mg CBD oil. They were designed to enhance one’s mood, providing happiness and blissful relaxation.
Rare Cannabinoid Company Mood Gummies contain less than 0.3% THC. The cannabinoids found in these edibles are naturally extracted from hemp. They are not converted, synthesized, or isomerized. As such, they are federally legal and we ship them to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Guam.
What is mood weed?
On the other hand, mood weed usually refers to hemp / cannabis flowers that contain a high concentration of THCA or other types of THC.
What is THCA?
THCA is the acidic precursor to THC. If consumed in it’s raw form, THCA is not psychoactive, However, when THCA is heated up – such as by smoking THCA flower or “mood weed” it turns into THC. This means that it will get one high.
Is mood weed legit?
Whenever you purchase cannabis or hemp, we strongly recommend doing your due diligence to be sure that the products you purchase are safe and contain what they say they do and nothing else. Always check for cGMP certification and read their third-party lab reports carefully. Make sure you understand what you are buying, how much to take, and how is will likely effect you.
Is mood weed legal?
This is a very grey area. Rare Cannabinoid Company does not sell any THCA flower or synthetic cannabinoids. At the time of this writing, it appears that companies that do sell mood weed with THCA ship to some states and not others due to legal restrictions. States that may have laws against THCA products include Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington as well as U.S, territories.
What about other cannabinoids?
THCA flower may or may not be natural and safe. There are reports of some brands spraying a chemical solution on THCA buds to increase their strength. Some other cannabinoids, such as Delta-8-THC and THCP are converted or synthesized from CBD oil and can be used in this way. Again, always triple check lab reports and make sure that you’re getting what you think you are.

What about mood weed delivery?
Some of the most asked questions on google are about “buy weed online mood” and “mood weed delivery.” Given their grammatical errors we assume some people have already been smoking weed when searching for more! Some companies do mail THCA flower to some places across the United States. As mentioned above, some states have laws against THCA and mood weed cannot be shipped to them. Interestingly, some of the stats that do not allow THCA flower do allow recreational cannabis.
